The Service provides tools to upload and check phone numbers against do not call data. Output is informational only and does not constitute legal advice or a compliance certification. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry rules.

No reliance

You are responsible for verifying Output and determining whether any outreach, suppression, or compliance actions are appropriate. We do not guarantee that Output is complete, current, or error free.

User content and permissions

You represent that you have the rights and permissions to upload any files or data. You grant us a limited license to process your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You remain responsible for the Content you submit.

Data limitations

Do not upload highly sensitive data such as full payment card numbers, government identifiers, health data, or credentials unless you are authorized and the data is required for the Service.

Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access systems without authorization, uploading malware, using the Service to harass or contact consumers unlawfully, or violating privacy, telemarketing, or data protection laws.

System integrity

You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use automated access that is not explicitly authorized by us.

Fees, billing, and refunds

Certain features require payment. Prices, taxes, and billing terms are shown at checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically each billing period, which is annual unless stated otherwise, unless you cancel before renewal. Lifetime access, where offered, is a one-time purchase.

Refund policy: We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact customer service at [email protected] (alternate: [email protected]). After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Billing issues: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and suspend paid features until payment is received. You are responsible for any chargeback or dispute fees resulting from unauthorized or disputed charges.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processing merchant. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing access and, if applicable, canceling your subscription.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as expressly permitted.

Feedback

If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it without restriction.
